Jiangsu Changbiao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is the specialized production base of the Changbiao group in Hai'an, Nantong, Jiangsu Province. Since our beginnings in Shanghai in 2008, we have focused on one thing: metal washers and precision stamped parts.

From incoming steel coils to final packing, every batch is controlled under our IATF 16949 system. Raw materials come from Baosteel, Ansteel and Nanjing Steel with mill certificates, and our laboratory verifies chemistry, hardness and dimensions before parts ship.

What products does Changbiao manufacture?
We specialize in automotive washers and precision stamping parts. Our range includes flat, spring, serrated lock, knurled Belleville, wave, conical and eccentric washers; standard washers to GB, DIN, ANSI (IFI), BS and AS; custom stamped, deep-drawn and bent components; disc springs, shims, spacers and retaining rings.
Can you make parts according to my drawing or sample?
Yes — custom parts are our core business. Send us a 2D drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF) or 3D model (STEP, IGS), or mail us a physical sample. Our engineers review manufacturability, tolerances, material and finish, then propose the most economical tooling solution. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share drawings.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the part and whether tooling already exists. For standard washers we can accept small trial orders; for custom stampings the MOQ is set by tooling and set-up economics. Tell us your annual volume and we will recommend the most cost-effective batch size.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples of existing standard parts are usually free — you only cover the courier cost. For custom parts, samples are produced after tooling is made and submitted with an inspection report for your approval.
What is your typical lead time?
Tooling and samples for new custom parts typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Mass production usually ships within 15–30 days after sample approval. With a daily output of 30+ tons and an automated warehouse, repeat orders and stocked items can ship faster.
