What We Can Make for You
Progressive Die Stamping
Nearly 50 high-speed presses from 16 to 400 tons stamp materials 0.1–10 mm thick, with automatic feeding for high-volume consistency.
Deep Drawing
Multi-stage drawing for seamless cups, shells, caps and housings used in automotive, battery and electronic products.
Bending & Forming
Complex brackets, clips and covers with multiple bends, formed in one progressive die for stable geometry.
Laser Cutting & CNC
For prototypes, small batches and urgent orders we use laser cutting, and CNC lathes for oversized or ultra-precise parts.
Heat Treatment
Our own heat-treatment line gives spring washers, clips and retaining rings consistent hardness and spring performance.
Sorting & Inspection
Optical and roll sorting machines screen every part for dimension, eccentricity, flatness and surface defects.
Materials
Traceable Raw Materials
Our main materials are low-carbon steel SPCC, medium-carbon steel 45# and stainless steel 304. We also process spring steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, PVC and nylon. Steel comes from Baosteel, Ansteel and Nanjing Steel with mill certificates, and common materials can be slit in quantities from tens of kilograms.

- Spring steel: 65Mn, 50CrVA
- Stainless steel: SS304, SS316, SS301
- Non-ferrous: copper, brass, phosphor bronze, aluminum
- Non-metal: PVC, nylon, fiber
