Our Factory
Production Equipment & Capacity
We operate 100+ machines, including nearly 50 high-speed presses from 16 to 400 tons. They stamp washers and parts from 0.1 to 10 mm thick in a wide range of materials, with a daily output of more than 30 tons — so we can meet tight delivery schedules.

In-House Die Design
Our die masters design every tool in house; dies are machined by partners and assembled and tried out in our factory. Most tools are progressive dies — highly efficient and greatly reducing labour cost, which means better prices for you.
Heat Treatment
Our Own Heat-Treatment Line
To guarantee the performance of spring washers, lock washers, clips and retaining rings, we invested in our own heat-treatment line. Controlling this process in house means stable hardness, better delivery and no outsourcing risk.
Smart Logistics
AS/RS Warehouse & Full Traceability
Semi-finished and finished goods are managed in an intelligent automated storage and retrieval system. Integrated with ERP, it controls every batch and part number on a first-in, first-out basis.
With ERP + MES + smart warehousing, each lot can be traced back from shipment to the original steel coil: incoming inspection, work orders, stamping, each process step, semi-finished storage, final inspection, packing and labelling.
Prototyping
Laser Cutting & CNC Machining
For small batches or urgent samples where a die is not yet justified, we produce parts by laser cutting. For oversized or ultra-precise parts we add CNC turning — either after stamping or as a standalone process.
