Optical & Roll Sorting
For automotive customers with special requirements, parts are 100% sorted before shipment to meet end-customer PPM targets.
Optical Sorting Machines
Reflected-light vision checks inner and outer diameter, eccentricity, missing material and surface defects. Recommended for customers with very low PPM requirements.
Roll Sorting Machines
By adjusting the gap as washers roll through, the machine separates parts by thickness and efficiently removes parts with poor flatness.
Multi-Line Capacity
Multiple sorting lines run in parallel, so 100% inspection does not slow down your delivery schedule.
