Who We Are
A Specialist in Automotive Washers & Precision Stampings
Jiangsu Changbiao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is the specialized production base established by the Changbiao group in Hai’an, Nantong, Jiangsu Province. We focus on precision metal stamping — mainly automotive washers and automotive stamped parts — and also supply custom stampings for electronics, home appliances and machinery.
With 20+ years of experience in fastener components, our products meet DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS, NFE and GB industrial requirements. Our die designers develop tooling to customer drawings, and our parts are known for burr-free edges, accurate dimensions, traceable raw materials and competitive pricing.

Our Journey
From a Shanghai Workshop to a Smart Factory
2008
Shanghai Changbiao founded
Shanghai Changbiao Hardware Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Jiading, Shanghai, producing screw-and-washer (SEMS) assemblies and thread-rolling washer services.
2013
Suzhou base in Kunshan
Suzhou Changbiao Metal Products Co., Ltd. expanded into stamped parts for automotive, electronics and appliances, and refocused the business on automotive washers.
2019
Jiangsu Changbiao in Hai’an
Our specialized production base was founded with RMB 100 million invested: a 20,000+ m² site and 15,000 m² of workshops with automated, intelligent equipment.
2024
IATF 16949:2016 certified
Certified to the automotive quality standard, with optical sorting lines, a heat-treatment line and an AS/RS smart warehouse fully in operation.
