We specialize in automotive washers and precision stamping parts. Our range includes flat, spring, serrated lock, knurled Belleville, wave, conical and eccentric washers; standard washers to GB, DIN, ANSI (IFI), BS and AS; custom stamped, deep-drawn and bent components; disc springs, shims, spacers and retaining rings.

Yes — custom parts are our core business. Send us a 2D drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF) or 3D model (STEP, IGS), or mail us a physical sample. Our engineers review manufacturability, tolerances, material and finish, then propose the most economical tooling solution. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share drawings.

We produce to GB, DIN, ISO, ANSI / IFI, BS, AS and JIS standards as well as to customer-specific drawings and automotive OEM specifications.

Materials: carbon steel, spring steel (e.g. 65Mn), alloy steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 420), copper, brass and aluminium.

Finishes: zinc plating (blue, white, yellow, black — RoHS-compliant trivalent), zinc-flake coatings (Dacromet / Geomet), phosphating, black oxide, nickel plating and oiling. Heat treatment is done on our own line for stable hardness.

With 100+ machines including presses from 16 t to 400 t, we stamp materials from 0.1 mm to 10 mm thick — from tiny electronic terminals to heavy washers and brackets. Tight tolerances are held with progressive dies, optical sorting and CMM / 2D vision inspection.

Yes. We supply many fastener brands and distributors as an OEM manufacturer. Customer part numbers, labels, barcodes and branded cartons can be provided.

MOQ depends on the part and whether tooling already exists. For standard washers we can accept small trial orders; for custom stampings the MOQ is set by tooling and set-up economics. Tell us your annual volume and we will recommend the most cost-effective batch size.

Yes. Samples of existing standard parts are usually free — you only cover the courier cost. For custom parts, samples are produced after tooling is made and submitted with an inspection report for your approval.

Tooling and samples for new custom parts typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Mass production usually ships within 15–30 days after sample approval. With a daily output of 30+ tons and an automated warehouse, repeat orders and stocked items can ship faster.

Steel coils come from major mills with certificates and are checked on arrival. Production is monitored with first-article and in-process inspection; finished parts are checked in our laboratory (spectrometer, CMM, hardness, tensile and salt-spray testing) and can be 100% optical- or roll-sorted. ERP + MES gives full batch traceability.

Yes. We can supply material certificates, dimensional and hardness inspection reports, salt-spray test reports and PPAP documentation for automotive projects.

You are welcome to visit our production base in Hai’an, Nantong (Jiangsu, China) for a factory tour or supplier audit. Video audits can also be arranged.

Parts are anti-rust oiled or packed in VCI bags, then packed in strong export cartons on pallets. Labels show part number, quantity and batch number for traceability. Custom packaging and labeling are available.

We ship worldwide by sea, air, rail or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Common terms are EXW, FOB Shanghai and CIF; other terms can be discussed.

We usually work with T/T (bank transfer). For new customers a deposit with the balance before shipment is common; terms for long-term partners can be negotiated.
